* 1928 Rubielos de Mora, Teruel - † 1994 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid
Spanish painter. After his academic studies at the School of Fine Arts in Valencia and Madrid, he moved in 1956 to Paris and remained there ten years. At that time he founded the art group “Grupo Tempo” with Kaner, Sornum, Nikolaus and Gentry and presented his work with them in various European cities. In 1960 he represented the Spanish Pavilion at the Biennale in Venice. His work developed from the Informalism to the Geometric art with the particular use of color and is endowed with certain spiritualism evocative of eternity with diagonal and asymmetrical compositions. In his hometown exists a Foundation that bears his name and includes a large part of his artistic production.
